Terms of service
The agreement between Admitt Ltd and the organisation using Weekyard.
Last updated 3 November 2026
The agreement
These terms are between Admitt Ltd (“we”), trading as Weekyard, registered in Northern Ireland with company number NI730260, and the organisation that creates a workspace (“you”). By creating a workspace, you confirm that you have authority to accept them for your organisation.
Weekyard is for businesses and other organisations, not for consumers. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms.
Your trial
Every new workspace starts with a 30-day trial with no card required. The trial is free and provided as it stands. To carry on after it ends, you need a paid subscription.
Fees and payment
The Standard plan costs £6 per person per month plus VAT, with a minimum of 10 people. A person is anyone with an active record in your workspace. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately in writing.
We invoice you, and invoices are payable within 30 days. We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days’ notice, and the new price applies from your next billing period after that notice ends.
If a subscription lapses
If a trial ends without a subscription or an invoice goes unpaid, your workspace is treated as lapsed. We reduce access in stages, because the service holds pay and attendance records:
- For the first 14 days, you keep full access.
- For the next 16 days, the workspace is read-only. It takes no new clock-ins, though a shift already open can still be closed, and reports and payroll exports stop.
- After that, access is blocked until the subscription is restored.
Public careers pages and candidates’ replies keep working throughout, so that candidates are not penalised. If access is still blocked after 60 days, the agreement ends and the deletion timetable below applies. We will email your administrators at least 14 days before deleting a lapsed workspace.
What Weekyard does not do
Weekyard records and approves working time, absence, expenses and hiring, and produces figures for you to enter into your own payroll. It does not run payroll, calculate tax or National Insurance, or make payments.
Compliance features and rates, such as leave rules, equality monitoring and mileage rates, are there to help you. They are not legal, tax or HR advice. You remain responsible for your decisions as an employer and for the figures you pay from.
Your responsibilities
- Keep sign-in details secure, and remove access for people who no longer need it.
- Make sure you are entitled to put personal data into the service, and tell your staff and candidates how you use it. This includes any location recorded when they clock in or out.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, try to break its security, access another customer’s data, or resell it without our written agreement.
- Check the figures before you rely on them, including approved timesheets and payroll exports.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the service. Our data processing agreement sets out how we handle personal data within it, and our privacy notice covers the data we are responsible for ourselves.
The service
We use reasonable skill and care to provide the service and keep it available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and these terms include no uptime guarantee. We may improve or change it, and will not materially reduce its core functions during a period you have paid for without telling you first.
For help, email support@weekyard.com.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
We own Weekyard and its software. You get a non-exclusive right to use it during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for this agreement, unless the law requires its disclosure.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, neither of us is liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss. Each party’s total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid or payable in that period. This does not limit your obligation to pay fees. During a free trial, our total liability is limited to £100.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@weekyard.com, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Either of us can end the agreement immediately if the other seriously breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days of being asked to. We can also suspend access if that is needed to protect the service or other customers.
Before the agreement ends or within 30 days afterwards, you can ask for an export of your workspace records by emailing privacy@weekyard.com. It does not include passwords, active sign-ins, one-time codes or copies of emails already sent. We delete your workspace data within 60 days of the agreement ending, except where the law requires us to keep it. Copies in backups expire within a further 21 days.
General
We may update these terms by giving you at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel before it takes effect. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent, and only you and we have rights under it.
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
