What does it cost?
£6 per person per month plus VAT, with everything included — hiring, time, absence, people, expenses and pay. There is a minimum of 10 people, so a 10-person yard pays £60 a month and a 50-person business pays £300, both before VAT. Enterprise is the same product at web addresses of your own, and we price that with you. Either way, start with the 30-day trial — no card needed.
What is in the trial?
A real account, for 30 days, with everything switched on and no card taken. It is not a sandbox with sample data — it is the product, and anything you set up during the trial is still there afterwards.
Does it work with our payroll software?
Yes, whatever you use — Sage, Xero, BrightPay, Moneysoft or a payroll bureau. Weekyard doesn’t replace your payroll. It hands over the approved hours, overtime and leave for each run, ready to key in or export, with the detail behind every total.
What happens when a subscription lapses?
Nothing sudden. You keep full access for 14 days, then the workspace goes read-only for a further 16 — you can still open and read your payroll records, you just cannot change anything. This holds employment records, and cutting access the moment a payment fails causes real disputes.
Do you delete our data if we leave?
Not without telling you, and not while a workspace is merely read-only. Run your reports and payroll exports while you have full access, because they stop at read-only. You can also ask for an export of your records up to 30 days after you leave, and we delete your data within 60 days.
Can we run several companies in one workspace?
Yes, and that is the ordinary case rather than an extra. One account holds as many companies as you need. Everybody has one employer, which owns their payroll, holidays and leave policy, and can do work for any of the others without being moved or duplicated.
How does billing actually work?
We invoice you directly and record the payment against your workspace. There is no card on file and no self-serve upgrade flow, which suits the finance teams we deal with — you get an invoice, rather than a surprise on somebody’s company card.
Can we move from Standard to Enterprise later?
Yes. Enterprise is the same product at addresses of your own, so moving up means changing the plan and pointing your web address at us. Your data, your people and your history stay exactly where they are.
